Open Access Policy
1. Free Access to Published Articles
All published articles are made available online in full text. Readers can read, download, cite, and share published work without a subscription or paywall.

There is no submission fee. Any applicable APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
4. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their published work, subject to the publication and licensing terms agreed with the journal.
Where applicable, articles may be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International License, allowing others to share and reuse the work with appropriate acknowledgement of the original author and publication.
